Job Category: Business Software Location: Any Location Position: Sales Representative/Sales Agent (IT Solutions Sales) on Commission Position Type: Half-time & on call Key functions: Perform StarForce software solution/product sales within the US IT market. Main segment of activity: Integration of copy protection software in business applications. Experience: 1 year active sales experience minimum Salary: Strong commission monthly salary depending on the individual sales volume. The candidate becomes an official StarForce International Sales Department staff member upon employment. Key Duties: 1. Identify and develop new clients for company solutions. 2. Preparing a list of potential customers for approval by head of sales department. 3. Discovering client’s potential and the key factors in order to satisfy the client. Demonstrate product solution presentations. 4. Providing the sales department with preliminary information about the client, the products and services the company provides regardless of clients area of business. 5. Consultation by phone and/or in person regarding terms of agreements of services and product delivery. 6. Evaluation of perspective clients. If needed the associate will coordinate sales plan with the head of Sales Department. 7. Management of client receivables, collection of accounts receivable, reconciliation of account balances. 8. Preparing and maintaining document control: such as sales agreements, invoices, extensions and renewal, other communications with clients. 9. Maintaining and increasing sales volume of clients increase. 10. Securing marketing partnership. Research client businesses, obtaining useful market information from clients. 11. Assess client departures and make efforts to recover lost clients. 12. Maintaining and input information into client database including sales history, key contacts, communication with clients. 13. Monitoring and identifying business opportunities, informing prospective clients of advantages using our products and services for the purpose of increasing sales volume. 14. Informing potential clients regarding new StarForce company offers and satisfaction increase opportunities and of current and future promotion/special offer events. 15. Constant collaboration with Marketing & PR department in order to receive customer feedback about company’s products and services. Obtain client’s unique market evaluation opinion. 16. Maintaining on-time working agenda and arrange work responsibilities according to the current sales table. 17. Providing on-time activity reports based on the given standard.
