ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
Use of CADD to engineer and develop Site Grading and Drainage designs with erosion controls, On and Off Site Water and Sewer Plans, Private and Public Roadway Plan and Profiles, Open Channel Drainage Structures, Arch Culvert Drainage Structures, Reinforced Concrete Drainage Structures, Debris Basin designs, Traffic Control and Striping Plans.

Project Manager in the civil engineering department. Responsibilities included the overall civil engineered design, and generation of the required construction documents from a projects conception to final approval. Projects included Single Family, Multi-family, Commercial, Public and Private Schools, and Public Spaces. Included coordination and incorporation of Technical Drainage Study and Traffic Impact Analysis requirements into the projects construction documents.
* t&grf Civil Engineering (October 2003 to May 2006)
Owner of private civil engineering consulting firm. Consulting services included public and private use facilities and commercial developments.
The Civil Engineering services included the overall civil engineered design, and generating the required construction documents from a projects conception to final approval. Also included coordination and incorporation of Technical Drainage Study and Traffic Impact Analysis requirements into the projects construction documents. Represented t&grf Civil Engineering and client at various required meetings including pre-development, development, pre-bid, bid openings, pre-construction, and during construction meetings.

Project Manager responsible for all Civil Engineering services of projects associated with the Planning and Landscape Architecture Group in the Las Vegas office.

* Indian Hill Park: 10 Acre Soccer/Lacrosse park, $6,000,000 construction cost
* Buckskin Basin Park: 13 Acre neighborhood park, $3,860,000 construction cost.
* Lone Mountain System at Gilmore Cliff Shadows Park: Drainage infrastructure for a 20 Acre neighborhood park, $2,500,000 construction cost. Improvements included a 900 linear feet of 12´x9´ arch culvert, debris basin and various RCP connection points.
* Mountain Ridge Park: 28 Acre sports complex, $4,600,000 construction cost.
