· Sellars Wipers & Sorbents, Milwaukee, WI: Responsible for the design, project management, and construction of a paper towel machine that increased production in 200%. Total project cost $12 Million.
ü Responsible for the equipment design, vendor selection, budget, and project management.
ü Designed printers, steam Yankee steam dryer frames and systems.
ü Designed an alternate for Honeycomb 8’ Cool Roll that saved $3 Million in a purchase of Valmet’s patented design. This novel version of cool roll is being patented.
· NMT Neurosciences (US) – Atlanta, GA: Responsible for the transfer of the Spetzler titanium aneurysm clip technology from Pacific Surgical Innovations, San Carlos, CA to Nitinol, Boston, MA and production scale-up.
ü Responsible for the tooling/equipment design and process development that increased the titanium aneurysm clip production throughput to 100%.
ü Designed and released to market Ruggles Disposable Suction Tubing.
ü Designed and released to market MRI safe head holder bracket for GE MRI Generator.
ü Designed and released to market many MRI safe handheld surgical instruments.
· Brown Industries, Inc. - Paterson, NJ. Developed a partnership with Brown Industries to expand a common clientele for Bio Design and Brown Industries.
ü Responsible for the design of several fixtures and equipment for medical devices manufacturers.
· Trolex Corporation Elmwood Park - Paterson, NJ.
ü Developing new stamping dies to produce aluminum extruded louvers for AC & Heating dampers.
· Genesis Medical Product Ltd., North Yorkshire, England.
ü Designed eye transplant fixture holder.
· Surgical Enterprise Corporation ,SEC - San Carlos, CA: Developed new market for SEC in Brazil.
ü Developed a distribution network for neuro-surgical instruments, first year sales $75k.
