ACHIEVEMENTS
· Twelve years experience designing and managing software development projects to support complex custom billing solutions for AT&Ts global corporate clients. Demonstrated ability to reach consensus and resolve complex issues among marketing departments, product development organizations, computer programming groups, accounting departments and multiple international stakeholders (US, Canada, Mexico, Europe) that have conflicting interests.
· I reduced AT&Ts operating costs by $2.5 million over two years by leading the effort to convert a domestic billing system to an international one, allowing an obsolete software system to be retired.
· I led the effort to install a new international service line, working with the Canadian and Latin American teams to define the requirements and implement the changes. The project was successfully implemented and now bills $70 million per year in revenue.

I was a Senior Business Analyst and critical member of the team that designed and tested the billing system for AT&Ts Outsourcing Practice. This client-server Web-based system supports complex custom billing solutions for business telecommunications services using Oracle and PowerBuilder. The platform also serves new emerging managed services that have quick-to-market requirements and flexible billing delivery and format requirements. This system bills over $1 billion per year.
