* Mechanical Design Lead for the J.H. Campbell (Consumers Energy) Coal-Fired Boiler Modification and SCR addition Projects. Responsibilities included the modification or relocation of all systems, pipe supports, and associated equipment required for the capacity increase of the existing boiler and addition of an SCR. Supervisory responsibilities included management of two designers, a 3,000+ MH design budget, and all design checks. All deliverables were created with AutoCAD.
* Mechanical Designer for various projects including, CWLP Dallman SCR, Bailly Generating Station SCR, A.B. Brown SCR, Portlands Energy Proposal, and miscellaneous assignments. Responsibilities included equipment arrangements and various piping system design; including ammonia, ash handling, boiler blow-down, condensate, compressed air, circulating water, closed-cycle cooling water, demineralized water, drainage systems, emissions sampling, fire protection, fuel gas, glycol, high pressure wash, hydraulics, instrument air, lube oil, potable water, process injection, raw water, service air, seal air, service water, steam, vapor suppression, and vacuum piping. All deliverables were created with AutoCAD, CAD Overlay, and CADWorx 3D.
* Designed pipe supports for hot and cold piping systems, including all required supplemental steel design.

* Mechanical Design Lead for the Midlothian Power Generation project which consisted of the installation of two Combustion Turbines. Primary responsibilities included all Balance of Plant systems and partial power island, including associated equipment. Supervisory responsibilities included the management of five mechanical designers, an 11,000+ MH budget, and all design checks. All deliverables were created with AutoCAD.
* Mechanical Designer for various small power generation projects. Responsibilities included equipment arrangements and various piping system design; including ammonia, compressed air, circulating water, closed-cycle cooling water, demineralized water, fire protection, fuel gas, fuel oil, instrument air, lube oil, potable water, raw water, sanitary sewer, service air, service water, and steam.
